I design digital products that facilitate 1.000.000+ calls every week. With full ownership of the design process for B2B SaaS I work closely with my team and customers to make what the want and need.
Studio is a b2b SaaS product that enables businesses to manage call routing through a drag-and-drop interface, giving users full control over their telephony infrastructure without unnecessary complexity.
I was responsible for the entire end-to-end design process. This included conducting user interviews, creating wireframes and prototypes, iterative design based on user feedback and the design-to-development handover.
A key part of the work was designing and maintaining a custom component library, which became the foundation of a design system adopted across multiple products. For Studio, these components were styled to be suited for experienced administrators. Designed to be information dense and optimized for minimal friction between action and result.
The result was a platform that streamlined call routing while establishing scalable design standards used across the broader product portfolio of Talksome.
Bridge is a call center application, designed to give operators complete control over their hardware phones from a desktop or browser.

Bridge builds on the same component system originally developed for Studio, but restyled to better fit its different use case.
