Bridge
Contact center application making 1.000.000+ calls weekly

The product
Bridge is a call center application from Talksome that gives operators full control over their desk phones from a desktop or browser, it’s used to make millions of calls every week.
The project
Bridge was a brand-new product, aimed at a very different audience than Studio. Where Studio was designed for IT administrators, Bridge was built for front desk employees at pharmacies and healthcare providers, and for staff making calls on the road from their phones. Despite the different audiences, both products are built on the same component set, styled differently to suit each group.
My role
I was responsible for the entire end-to-end design process: conducting user interviews, creating wireframes and prototypes, iterating on user feedback, and handing the designs over to development. A key part of the work was designing and maintaining a custom component library, which became the foundation of a design system adopted across multiple products. Because operators use Bridge all day, I optimized the interface for speed and minimal friction between action and result.
The result was a platform that streamlined how operators handle calls and established scalable design standards across Talksome’s broader product portfolio.
